The easiest and the most pleasant way to help children discover themselves and become more self-aware and aware of their qualities is to have them play. Within the workshop Continuu, the little ones are given intensive acting and improvisation lessons based on techniques meant to develop their communication skills, relationship skills, self-confidence, self-awarenes, and awareness of the environment.
